Auction Prizes include: A signed and framed poster of Maya Angelou, 3 days at the David Beckham Football School, Tea and Tour of the House of Lords amongst others.
The objective of the Milestone Library Project is to
establish a productive living monument in "2008, the Year of Reading", that combines
the evening of the 200th anniversary of the Abolition of Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade with the world renown literary icon,
Dr Angelou's legacy of nurture, education and motivation, to help children lift themselves out of poverty through reading.
